dc.description.abstractEvaluar la cultura Organizacional de una empresa es una herramienta necesaria para encontrar debilidades y fortalezas y poder realizar planes de acción para trabajar en ella. El objetivo de esta investigación fue poder estudiar la teoría existente frente al tema de cultura y así poder realizar una evaluación y dar un diagnostico sobre la cultura Organizacional del Hotel Grand House. Para esto se utilizó como instrumento la encuesta elaborada por Daniel Denison y asociados el cual permitió analizar diferentes características como involucramiento, consistencia, adaptabilidad y misión, y a partir de esos resultados se realizo un análisis completo de la situación actual de la empresa en cuanto a su Cultura Organizacional.es_CO
