dc.description.abstractPara apoyar la visión que tiene Finmar de Colombia Ltda., de posesionarse en el país como la mejor opción en inmobiliarias, es necesario obtener un conocimiento profundo de la cultura organizacional que actualmente está desarrollando la empresa, con el fin de identificar sus fortalezas y debilidades en este aspecto. Por tal motivo, en este estudio se usa el modelo de cultura organizacional de Denison, aplicado a Finmar de Colombia Ltda., para obtener claridad en las características que describen la cultura actual de la empresa, considerando que se trata de un factor determinante y explicativo del desempeño organizacional y de los procesos de innovación de la empresa.es_CO
