Diseño de estrategias didácticas para motivar el uso de las TIC en los instructores de grupos técnicos en mantenimiento de equipo pesado (Sena la Jagua de Ibirico, Cesar)

Abstract

El uso de las TIC en los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje cada día es más común con el propósito de mejorar, actualizar y enriquecer la educación. Son muchas las herramientas digitales que hoy se encuentran disponibles para implementar en todas las disciplinas de conocimiento. En este sentido los establecimientos educativos vienen realizando esfuerzos para dotar a las instituciones de equipos, dispositivos e infraestructura tecnológica y de conectividad necesaria para la implementación de las herramientas digitales en aras de mejorar el nivel de la educación. Pero todos estos esfuerzos son en vano si no se acompañan con un proceso de concientización y capacitación al personal docente de cada institución, de tal manera que puedan hacer un buen uso de las TIC e integrarlas a sus actividades de formación y al currículo del programa que imparten. En el SENA Sede La Jagua de Ibirico y especialmente en los grupos de Técnicos en Mantenimiento de Equipo Pesado, se ha identificado que, aunque se cuenta con un buen número de equipos y dispositivos para apoyo a la formación, los instructores hacen poco uso de ellos o un uso no estructurado de acuerdo a las actividades de aprendizaje, sin integrar las TIC a estrategias didácticas, subutilizando los medios disponibles.

The use of ICT in teaching-learning processes is increasingly common with the purpose of improving, updating and enriching education. There are many digital tools that are available today to implement in education in all disciplines of knowledge and in this sense, educational establishments have been making efforts to provide institutions with the equipment, devices and technological and connectivity infrastructure necessary to the implementation of digital tools in order to improve the level of education. But all these efforts are in vain if they are not accompanied by a process of sensitization and training of the teachers of each institution, so that they can make good use of ICT and integrate them into their training activities and into the curriculum of the program he teaches. At SENA La Jagua de Ibirico Headquarters and especially in the groups of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians, it has been identified that, although there is a good number of training support equipment and devices, instructors make little use of them or an unstructured use according to learning activities, without integrating ICT in teaching strategies, underusing the available means. To address this situation, this project aims to design didactic strategies to motivate the use of ICT in instructors of the Technical Groups in Maintenance of Heavy Equipment (SENA La Jagua De Ibirico, Cesar), in such a way that allows them have digital and technological technology. tools to put them into practice in their teaching work, but in an integrated and structured way to the training activities. The design of the didactic strategies proposed in this project responds to the diagnosis made between instructors and learners; and in line with the theoretical framework of this research, with the purpose that they be implemented in a systematic and gradual way to ensure the appropriation of the teachers and the application in their activities with the learners. These strategies are the following: training of instructors, design of specific teaching strategies, teacher support and evaluation of the strategies.
