The pandemic around the world has brought consequences within the educational
framework, raising challenges and concerns in educational agents within educational institutions.
Due to this, various collateral effects have been caused in education and learning in students in
Colombia and in other countries. Therefore, the need to look for new strategies that respond to
these needs is seen.
Among many investigations, one was found that was carried out at the University of La
Sabana, about the perception of teachers about the learning of their students in times of panemia.
This research was the starting point to address the concerns of teachers regarding learning in
pandemic taking into account the method of bibliographic analysis.
In the results of the bibliographic analysis, four key elements were found that were
conceptualized in the light of neurosciences; stress, motivation, autonomy and memory. The
results of the bibliographic search agreed that the brain does not work in a fragmented way, that
is, neurosciences visualize the human being as an integral being, since, for the learning process
to take place, it is necessary to understand that motivation , memory, autonomy and stress
reduction are processes that are worked on simultaneously.
