dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de la presente investigación fue averiguar la influencia de la cafeína en la retención de un aprendizaje inicial y la adquisición de nueva información en ratones machos y hembras. Para este fin se tomó una muestra de 44 ratones. La dosis de cafeína fue de (100 mg/kg). Para la evaluación del aprendizaje se utilizó un laberinto múltiple de 3x3 y los datos se analizaron a través del análisis de varianza factorial Anova. El diseño que se utilizó fue de tipo experimental con grupo control. Los hallazgos más importantes fueron con relación al género, a pesar que la cafeína no influyo en dicho aspecto. Los machos mostraron mayor capacidad motora respecto al aprendizaje especial en los parámetros como latencias de salida y velocidad.es_CO
