Adaptación del Inventario Breve de Personalidad para el DSM-5 (PID-5-BF) para Adolescentes Colombianos

Abstract

Pathological personality traits have their onset in childhood and adolescence, however, they are usually identified in adulthood due to lack of accessible instruments that measure this construct from an early age (Hamlat, Young, & Hankin, 2020; Kerfoot, 2018; Newton-Howes, Clark, & Chanen, 2015; Chanen et al., 2020), therefore the aim of this research was to adapt (establish evidence of validity from the content and the internal structure, and evidence of reliability) of the Brief Personality Inventory for DSM-5 (PID-5-BF) in Colombian adolescent samples.

Los rasgos patológicos de personalidad tienen su inicio en la infancia y adolescencia, sin embargo, suelen ser identificados en la adultez por falta de instrumentos accesibles que midan este constructo desde temprana edad (Hamlat, Young y Hankin, 2020; Kerfoot, 2018; Newton-Howes, Clark, y Chanen, 2015; Chanen et al., 2020), por ello el objetivo de esta investigación fue adaptar (establecer evidencias de validez desde el contenido y desde la estructura interna, y las evidencias de fiabilidad) del Inventario Breve de Personalidad para el DSM-5 (PID-5-BF) en muestras adolescentes colombianas.
