When trying to analyze a company, it is important to visualize it within its relationship
with all the macroeconomic factors, relationships with stakeholders, and internal
processes. The main purpose of this paper is to point out the relevance of the
coordination of knowledge management, innovation, and technology in the
insurance industry for Marsh&McLennan Company in Colombia. The impact of these
three traits (knowledge management, innovation, and technology) on the
effectiveness and competitiveness of the company, and the suggestion of methods
and tools to improve its performance.
