dc.description.abstract | Introducción: El feedback hace parte de las herramientas de evaluación y es un proceso interactivo, bidireccional que permite y facilita el logro de las competencias en el ambiente clínico. En el contexto de educación para profesionales de salud la retroalimentación es aún más relevante teniendo en cuenta que implica un alto grado de responsabilidad. Metodología: A través de 5 fases descritas por Arksey & O’Malley, se realizó una revisión panorámica para conocer qué se sabe sobre la interacción profesor/estudiante en los procesos de feedback en profesionales de salud en el contexto de posgrados: Fase 1 Identificación de la pregunta de investigación. Fase 2 Identificación de los estudios relevantes. Fase 3 Selección de estudios. Fase 4 Recolección y categorización de los datos. Fase 5 Resumen y comunicación de los resultados. Resultados: La búsqueda inicial arrojó un total de 6.306 estudios provenientes de 9 bases de datos (PubMed, Science Direct, OVID, SpringerLink, Google Scholar, Cochrane, Scielo, ERIC y LILACS). Luego de excluir duplicados, y realizar el cribado 3 pasos, se obtuvo un total de 76 estudios. Con el proceso de revisión de título, resumen y texto completo, se incluyeron 26 estudios que cumplían los criterios de elegibilidad. Conclusiones: El feedback es un dialogo bidireccional que analiza el rendimiento de un proceso frente a un estándar esperado para una competencia, que tiene como objetivo el mejoramiento para el alcance de esta, los procesos de feedback impactan en la percepción de los residentes de diferentes especialidades, en su criterio para la toma de decisiones. Es fundamental hacer frente a las barreras de contexto que tergiversan su uso y entrenar a los educadores para su uso apropiado. | es_CO |
dc.description.abstract | Introduction: Feedback is part of the evaluation tools and is an interactive, two-way process that allows and facilitates the achievement of competencies in the clinical environment. In the context of education for health professionals, feedback is even more relevant considering that it implies a high degree of responsibility. Methodology: Through 5 phases described by Arksey & O’Malley, a panoramic review was carried out to find out what is known about teacher/student interaction in feedback processes in health professionals in the postgraduate context: Phase 1 Identification of the research question. Phase 2 Identification of relevant studies. Phase 3 Selection of studies. Phase 4 Collection and categorization of data. Phase 5 Summary and communication of the results. Results: The initial search yielded a total of 6,306 studies from 9 databases (PubMed, Science Direct, OVID, SpringerLink, Google Scholar, Cochrane, Scielo, ERIC, and LILACS).
