dc.description.abstractLos centros de servicios compartidos o Shared Service Center por sus siglas en inglés (SSC), están jugando un papel fundamental en el nuevo modelo operativo de las compañías multinacionales, muchas de estas compañías, han decidido centralizar parte de sus operaciones en países en vía de desarrollo que les ofrezcan una oferta de profesionales de alta calidad la mayoría de ellos bilingües. Sin embargo, uno de los problemas que más experimentan estas compañías al utilizar este modelo, es “la alta rotación de personal”. Esta investigación busca identificar cuáles son las causas que están generando este problema, enfocándose desde la perspectiva del líder y su incidencia en el problema, a través de estudio de caso de una compañía multinacional fabricante de dispositivos médicos que opera bajo la modalidad de (SSC) en la ciudad de Bogotá - Colombia. Dentro del estudio de caso se realizará el análisis a una base de retiros de 235 empleados para los años 2019-2020 y 2021.es_CO
dc.description.abstractThe Shared Service Center has been paying a crucial factor in the Multinational Industry. Although not all the companies are operating under this type of model, most of them have decided to move in the “Shared Service Concept” in countries which development economies, who offers high quality of professionals most of them bilinguals. Yet, some of the companies have been facing some problems in terms of the “Turn-over stuff”. This research has appointed to identify some of the critical factors which are generating this problem and is also focusing on the incidence of the leadership´s perspective. The research is conduct by the analysis of a case-study of 235 layoffs employees, from a Multinational Company (Medical Device), who operate under the model of Shared Service Center in Bogotá – Colombia, during the years 2019-2020 and 2021.en
