Estrategias didácticas innovadoras apoyadas con TIC en el Colegio Parroquial San José de Fontibón durante la emergencia sanitaria por COVID 19

Actualmente es posible evidenciar, que en los diferentes niveles de formación se presenta una preocupante situación relacionada con la falta de participación crítica y reflexiva por parte de los estudiantes en el desarrollo de las actividades académicas. Esto lo podemos atribuir a diferentes factores como, por ejemplo, la falta de formación por parte de los docentes en cuanto a la identificación e implementación de estrategias didácticas que permitan generar nuevos escenarios de aprendizaje, por medio de los cuales los estudiantes puedan acceder a experiencias mucho más significativas. En el Colegio Parroquial San José de Fontibón, fue posible identificar como problemática la poca implementación de estrategias didácticas innovadoras por parte de los docentes, para lograr identificar y definir el problema educativo, se aplicaron entrevistas y cuestionarios de preguntas cerradas a un grupo de docentes participantes. Por medio del análisis de los resultados se establecieron las causas directas, indirectas y estructurales relacionadas con la problemática identificada. Currently, it is possible to show that at different levels of education there is a worrying situation
related to the lack of critical and reflective participation by students in the development of
academic activities. This can be attributed to different factors such as, for example, the lack of
training on the part of teachers in the identification and implementation of didactic strategies that
allow the generation of new learning scenarios, through which students can access much more
meaningful experiences.
In the San José de Fontibón Parish School, it was possible to identify as a problem the poor
implementation of innovative didactic strategies by teachers, in order to identify and define the
educational problem, interviews and questionnaires of closed questions were applied to a group
of participating teachers. Through the analysis of the results, the direct, indirect and structural
causes related to the identified problem were established.
The objective of the IN-Formémonos con las TIC project is to increase the levels of
implementation of innovative teaching strategies by the teachers of the San José de Fontibón
Parish School. To achieve this objective, it was necessary to establish as specific actions the
creation of spaces for teacher training, the integration of ICT in the institution's curriculum,
updating evaluation methodologies and improving teacher support processes. Likewise, to
achieve the proposed objective, a course-workshop was held under the Design Thinking
methodology, where the participating teachers responded to the proposed challenge, which was
posed through the following question: how to increase the implementation of innovative teaching
strategies in the San José de Fontibón Parish School?
