dc.description.abstractEl profesionalismo es una competencia multidimensional basada en habilidades actitudinales y de conocimiento que permite a los profesionales en medicina tener un mejor desempeño en sus sitios de trabajo.Sin embargo, el proceso de aprendizaje y puesta en práctica de esta competencia ha estado ensegundo plano en los procesos de formación de posgrado con poca claridad respecto a la concepción de profesionalismo como cualidad básica y necesaria para la interacción social.es_CO
