dc.description.abstractEn una compañía comercializadora de insumos para la industria, se identificó la reducción de ventas por la falta de conocimiento de los asesores comerciales (vendedores). Para resolver la problemática, la compañía capacitó al personal encargado, sin embargo, se detectó que su nivel de conocimiento no mejoró y en consecuencia las ventas de productos tampoco se incrementaron. En ese sentido, se desarrolló un ambiente de aprendizaje dirigido a los profesionales que ocupan los cargos de especialistas y gerentes de producto, quienes asumieron el rol de profesor para asegurar la apropiación del conocimiento por parte de los asesores comerciales (estudiantes) y que en consecuencia fortalecieran la competencia en identificación de oportunidades de negocio. La contribución del ambiente se evaluó mediante el modelo de Guskey aplicando los 5 niveles y se logró un mejoramiento del conocimiento en los participantes y en consecuencia la habilidad para identificar oportunidades por parte de los vendedores. Se concluye que hay una contribución positiva.es_CO
dc.description.abstractIn a company that sells supplies for the industry, the reduction in sales was identified due to the lack of knowledge of the commercial advisers (vendors). To solve the problem, the company trained the personnel in charge, however, it was detected that their level of knowledge did not improve and consequently product sales did not increase either. In this sense, a learning environment was developed aimed at professionals who occupy the positions of specialists and product managers, who assumed the role of professor to ensure the appropriation of knowledge by commercial advisors (students) and that consequently strengthen competition in identifying business opportunities. The contribution of the environment was evaluated through the Guskey model applying the 5 levels and an improvement in the knowledge of the participants was achieved and consequently the ability to identify opportunities by the sellers. The conclusion is: there is a positive contribution.en
