dc.description.abstractLa semiología es una herramienta que hace parte de la ciencia médica y se dedica a estudiar los síntomas y signos de las enfermedades para guiar el enfoque del paciente hacia un diagnóstico y tratamiento adecuados. Las metodologías de enseñanza deben procurar que el estudiante adquiera los conocimientos y competencias necesarios para convertirse en un médico de excelencia. Aunque tradicionalmente en medicina se han usado las clases magistrales como método efectivo de enseñanza, los cambios modernos y advenimiento de nuevas tecnologías llaman a una renovación metodológica. En este sentido, se ha iniciado la implementación de la metodología de aula invertida en la educación médica, en la cual el estudiante es el protagonista activo de su aprendizaje. Este método ha sido evaluado en diferentes áreas de las ciencias de la salud con resultados muy positivos en cuanto a calidad de la educación y percepción de los estudiantes. Sin embargo, se requiere medir el verdadero impacto de las estrategias de enseñanza interactiva en el aprendizaje de la Semiología clínica, como factor que permita modificar las prácticas educativas hacia una experiencia clínica temprana.spa
