dc.description.abstractPor ser patologías de alta frecuencia de presentación en la población infantil, consideramos importante revisar el aspecto imagenológico del Síndrome de Dificultad Respiratoria del Recién Nacido (SDRRN) neumonía en niños, infección del tracto urinario y abdomen agudo, entidades que hacen parte de la consulta diaria para el médico general, pediatra y radiólogo. Así mismo, el cáncer mamario continua siendo la principal causa de muerte por neoplasia no prevenible en el mundo y en orden a aproximarse al conocimiento de las lesiones mamaria frecuentes y sus hallazgos radiológicos, consideramos importante revisar el cáncer de mama masculino, rara entidad que cuenta con menos del 1% de todos los casos de cánceres de mama y con una incidencia de 1 en 100.000 hombres. Además, nosotros realizamos dos estudios retrospectivos de hallazgos histopatológicos e histopatologicos de lesiones mamarias biopsiadas previamente marcadas por arpón y puncionadas bajo guía ecográfica.es_CO
