dc.description.abstract | Los betaglucanos son polisacáridos formados por monómeros de D- glucosa, conocidos por los beneficios que otorga a la salud del ser humano. Estas sustancias bioactivas pueden obtenerse de diversas fuentes como cereales, hongos y bacterias y debido a sus características funcionales han despertado un gran interés para su uso en el campo farmacológico y alimentario. Por esta razón el objetivo principal de este trabajo fue establecer un método de extracción y nanoencapsulación de betaglucanos provenientes del hongo Ganoderma lucidum. Esto se hizo a través de un análisis sistemático de material bibliográfico con filtros de búsqueda establecidos previamente. La información incluyó dos etapas, primero la investigación de estudios de extracción seguida por estudios de nanoencapsulación de sustancias con estructuras y comportamientos semejantes. Todos los artículos debían cumplir con ciertos criterios de inclusión para su selección dentro del estudio, estos incluían que el resumen mencionara algún método, optimización o análisis de variables del proceso de interés. Inicialmente se estableció un análisis cualitativo preliminar de la información relevante, con el fin de filtrar la información e identificar las variables críticas dentro de ambos procesos. Posteriormente se realizó una prospección sistemática que permitiera la comparación e integración de los diferentes datos en información concluyente. La investigación de la literatura permitió concluir que el método más común de obtención de betaglucanos de G. lucidum, es la extracción en agua caliente, estando presente en el 43, 5% de los estudios. Esta metodología emplea agua destilada y etanol como reactivos de extracción y precipitación respectivamente. | es_CO |
