dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este estudio fue identificar la relación entre autoeficacia y la actitud de perseverancia frente a la búsqueda de empleo, y de estas con las variables: tiempo de experiencia laboral y búsqueda de empleo, procesos de selección, edad, y sexo. Para ello se utilizó un diseño no experimental de tipo transversal descriptivo-correlacional, con una muestra de psicólogos profesionales hombres y mujeres. Se emplearon la escala de Auto eficiencia General (BäBler & Schwarzer, 1996), y se diseñó una escala de actitudes para la búsqueda de empleo. En general, los resultados mostraron que existe correlación significativa entre la Autoeficiencia y la actitud de perseverancia. El estudio tiene implicaciones para la formación de universitarios hacia la búsqueda de empleo.es_CO
