dc.description.abstractLa falta de realización de tareas de grupo de cinco estudiantes adultos que trabajan en una compañía multinacional fue el punto de inicio del presente proyecto. El propósito era determinar cómo la creación de un curso ESOL en ambiente híbrido con una serie de actividades de aprendizaje basadas en los gustos de alumnos los ayudaba a organizar una rutina de auto-estudio. El Método implementado fue el “Muestreo Teórico”, que proporciona un análisis sistemático y cualitativo de los datos observados. Los resultados mostraron que cuatro de los cinco estudiantes lograron organizar una rutina de auto-estudio que mejoró su entrega de trabajos. Ellos también desarrollaron conciencia y responsabilidad sobre sus propios procesos de aprendizaje incrementando la calidad de su aprendizaje.es_CO
