Calidad de vida en niños con discapacidad Intelectual y múltiple que son usuarios de Rehabilitación Funcional Integral en Bogotá (Colombia)

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the quality of life levels of 10 children with multiple disabilities including intellectual disabilities who live in the city of Bogotá and are part of the comprehensive rehabilitation program of the Neurorehabilitar Clinic which ages ranged from 5 years of age to 8 years old based on the quality of life model. Mythologically it was quantitative research with a non-experimental, transversal descriptive design using non-participant observation techniques, Kidslife Scale is used in Colombia to evaluate the quality of life in people age ranging from 4 years to 21 years of age, that have intellectual disability or multiple disability.

Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo describir los niveles de calidad de vida de 10 niños con disCAPACIDAD3 múltiple e intelectual, cuyas edades oscilan entre los 5 y 8 años y pertenecen al programa de rehabilitación funcional integral de la Clínica Neurorehabilitar (de Bogotá), tomando como base el modelo de calidad de vida planteado por Schalock y Verdugo. Metodológicamente, se trató de una investigación cuantitativa, con diseño no experimental, transversal, descriptivo.
