Innovación en el Cilce de la Universidad de La Sabana, un action research project

Abstract

This work presents a research and development project focused on the meta methodology Action Research Project (AR), implemented at the International Center for Languages and Foreign Cultures (CILCE) of Universidad de La Sabana. The primary goal is to strengthen innovation within the unit by addressing specific challenges through three phases: (1) the initial diagnosis of the unit, (2) a Creative Leadership Practice using the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) innovation methodology, and (3) development in the Innovation Management Practice using the Design Thinking: Double Diamond tool

El presente trabajo expone un proyecto de investigación centrado en la meta-metodología Action Research Project (AR), implementado en el Centro Internacional de Lenguas y Culturas Extranjeras (CILCE) de la Universidad de La Sabana. El propósito principal es fortalecer la innovación en la unidad, abordando retos específicos por medio de tres fases: (1) el diagnóstico inicial de la unidad, (2) Práctica de liderazgo creativo usando la metodología de innovación Creative Problem Solving (CPS) y (3) desarrollo en la Práctica en Gerencia de la Innovación con la herramienta de Design Thinking: Doble Diamante.
