dc.description.abstract | Se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura y meta-análisis, el objetivo fue determinar la eficacia (disminución de la mortalidad) de los tratamientos farmacológicos asociados a la terapia estándar en los pacientes que desarrollan SDRA moderado a severo cuando se compara con la terapia estándar únicamente. La conclusión fue que la adición de esteroides a una estrategia de ventilación mecánica protectora pulmonar fue asociada a una tendencia a reducir la mortalidad, además la nutrición enteral inmunomoduladora mostró una pequeña pero significativa disminución de la mortalidad. Por el contrario, la adición de beta 2 agonistas parece incrementar el riesgo de muerte. | es_CO |
