Organizational sustainability and resilience capabilities call for researchers’ and practitioners'
attention as local, national, and global contexts rapidly change, and uncertainty arises, affecting a
firm’s continuity, survival, and prosperity. Despite there being a vast body of knowledge regarding
these capabilities that are continually evolving, the relationship between them, and business
continuity performance is still developing, and few research results highlight the relationship
between these capabilities' development, and organizational performance, especially in emerging
economies such as Latin American one.
This research seeks to answer the question ¿Which are and how do Organizational Sustainability.
