Abstract

This work, titled "Operational planning model to optimize the supply chain of the additive required in the traceability of the legality of fuel marketed in Colombia," focuses on the importance of operations management and the supply chain to achieve competitiveness in the current business market. The document evaluates different strategies to ensure the supply of additive in the commercialization of fuels in Colombia, considering key factors such as lead time (delivery time), safety stock, and periodic inventory, as well as the storage capacity of each one of the clients and the capacity of the resources available for storage and transportation, among others.

El trabajo titulado "Modelo de planeación operativa para optimizar la cadena de suministro de aditivo requerido en la trazabilidad de la legalidad de combustible comercializado en Colombia" se centra en la importancia de la gestión de operaciones y la cadena de suministro para alcanzar la competitividad en el mercado empresarial actual.
