dc.description.abstractIntroducción: La fracción exhalada de óxido nítrico (FeNO) es utilizada para el diagnóstico y fenotipificación del asma como biomarcador inflamatorio de la vía aérea. Existe escasa evidencia sobre su comportamiento en niños con apnea obstructiva del sueño (AOS). Realizamos este estudio con el fin de determinar si los niveles de FeNO se relacionan con la gravedad de la AOS o la coexistencia de asma y AOS en residentes a alta altitud.es_CO
