dc.description.abstractEn el marco de gestión de las organizaciones, conforme las necesidades inherentes de competitividad y sostenibilidad incrementan, la importancia de las actividades propias de transferencia de conocimiento (TC), desempeño individual (DI) y confianza en liderazgo (CI) cobran mayor relevancia. De acuerdo con Bernal, Turriago y Hoyos (2010), el conocimiento en el entorno empresarial se manifiesta como una estrategia clave de competitividad. La exigencia del mercado requiere el desarrollo y la medición de actividades de TC y desempeño que generen impacto en los resultados. En este contexto, gestionar la economía de conocimiento se manifiesta como un factor clave y por ende se hace relevante indagar en mecanismos para su creación, medición, transformación y transferencia​ (Calvo Giraldo, 2018)​. En las economías basadas en el conocimiento la gestión de este último es un referente estratégico clave en las organizaciones, como factor que influencia otras prácticas de gestión ​(Li, Zhang, & Zhang, 2013)​.es_CO
