For the development of the final project, the company in which I am working will be used as a case study,
in order to apply the 5 knowledge blocks of the iMBA program: intelligence, international, insight,
innovation and impact, and from here, make a diagnosis to propose ideas to improve the performance of
the company. Each block of knowledge will be approached individually with the objective of providing
detailed information about the company in each of them and performing the relevant analysis required.
Crepes and Waffles is a prominent restaurant chain operating in Colombia, Ecuador, Chile, Panama, Mexico
and Spain. It holds a significant position in the Colombian market with presence in cities like Santa Marta,
Cartagena, Barranquilla, Cali, Medellin, Bogotá, Bucaramanga, and Villavicencio, it has over 100
restaurants, 60 ice cream shops, a workforce of more than 5,000 employees, and with monthly sales
exceeding fifty million Colombian pesos, equivalent to 10 million euros. This company is highly regarded
not only for its financial success and job creation but also for its commitment to making a positive and
social environmental impact.
