dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research work is to design strategies that allows OXINOVA SAS to manage knowledge and innovation as strategies that contribute to improve its organizational performance. The description of the problem, the identification of gaps and the current situation of the company were considered to understand how knowledge, innovation and organizational performance are managed. To this end, two instruments were designed to collect information, the first on knowledge management, the second on organizational performance and innovation, which, added to the financial analysis, allowed the construction of the strategies, which was structured through a literature review, case studies tested in similar organizations and field work in the company under study. | en |
dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de investigación tuvo como propósito el diseño de estrategias que le permitan a la empresa OXINOVA SAS, gestionar el conocimiento y la innovación como estrategias que contribuyan a mejorar su desempeño organizacional. Se consideró la descripción del problema, la identificación de brechas y la situación actual de la empresa, para comprender y entender cómo se gestiona el conocimiento, la innovación y el desempeño organizacional. Para ello, se diseñaron dos instrumentos de recolección de la información, el primero en gestión de conocimiento, el segundo, en desempeño organizacional e innovación, los cuales, adicionados al análisis financiero, permitieron la construcción de estrategias, las cuales se estructuraron a través de una revisión de literatura, estudios de caso probados en organizaciones similares y trabajo de campo en la empresa de estudio. | es_CO |
