dc.description.abstract | Financial institutions in Colombia have undergone transformations in the processes of customer loyalty and product management. Banks and commercial finance companies have migrated their processes to digital channels of enrollment and bonding. The used car financing market faces the same challenge in Colombia, with an aggressive competition among financial institutions, offering agile and simple processes to provide a better experience to end consumers. The financial entity under study faces the absence of control in the operative processes, reason why, in this document, the design of indicators and a control methodology is proposed, which allows the efficient administration of the processes of the Operations Management, integrating the evaluation and continuous improvement of the same, as well as aligning the processes with a focus on the client.Keywords: Financial Services, Business Process Management (BPM), Operational Control, Operational Excellence, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) | en |
dc.description.abstract | Las entidades financieras en Colombia han tenido transformaciones en los procesos de vinculación de clientes y administración del producto. Los Bancos y las compañías de financiamiento comercial, han migrado sus procesos a canales digitales de enrolamiento y vinculación. El mercado de financiación de vehículos usados se enfrenta al mismo reto en Colombia, con una competencia agresiva entre las entidades financieras, con ofertas de procesos ágiles y sencillos para ofrecer una mejor experiencia a los consumidores finales. La entidad financiera objeto de estudio se enfrenta a la ausencia de control en los procesos operativos, razón por la cual, en el presente documento, se propone el diseño de los indicadores y una metodología de control, que permita la administración eficiente de los procesos de la Gerencia de Operaciones, integrando la evaluación y mejora continua de los mismos, así como alinear los procesos con un enfoque al cliente. | es_CO |
