dc.description.abstractLa pandemia por COVID-19 ha impulsado cambios en la percepción de las personas sobre la forma de vivir, la manera de trabajar y en su visión general del mundo (Caligiuri et al., 2020). Como respuesta al aumento desmesurado de contagios por COVID-19, desde inicios de 2020 los gobiernos de todas las latitudes adoptaron diferentes medidas de contención: confinamientos obligatorios, restricciones de viajes, cierres de escuelas, restaurantes y centros deportivos (Shek, 2021). Todas estas medidas repercutieron repentina y drásticamente sobre el modo convencional de funcionamiento de las organizaciones y afectaron los mercados, la oferta y las formas del trabajo para las personas y las empresas (Bonacini et al., 2021).es_CO
