Noción de profesiones femeninas desde la antropología de Edith Stein

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo determinar la noción de profesiones femeninas según la antropología de Edith Stein, en un contexto histórico en donde la mujer no cuenta con las mismas oportunidades sociales. Aborda inicialmente la antropología de las profesiones femeninas. Determina el ethos de las profesiones femeninas, y diferencia el concepto de profesión específicamente femenina y la forma específicamente femenina de una profesión. Finalmente, Edith concluye, que el justo conocimiento de la antropología femenina, con ayuda de la educación, la pedagogía y la transformación cultural, garantizan condiciones de posibilidad para la realización vocacional de la mujer en medio del mundo.

This article aims to determine the notion of female professions according to the anthropology of Edith Stein, in a historical context where women do not have the same social opportunities. It initially addresses the anthropology of female professions. It determines the ethos of female professions, and differentiates the concept of a specifically female profession from the specifically feminine form of a profession. Finally, Edith concludes, that the proper knowledge of female anthropology, with the help of education, pedagogy and cultural transformation, guarantee conditions of possibility for the vocational realization of women in the midst of the world.
