Proyecto Creativo de Investigación en Acción en el INPEC y la EPN

Abstract

Se realizó un trabajo investigativo en el INPEC, entidad del sector público garante de la ejecución de penas de la Población Privada de la Libertad, y la EPN, entidad de educación pública que se encarga de la capacitación de los servidores públicos y está adscrita al INPEC. Se abordaron dos problemas que se desarrollaron en cuatro capítulos; el primero contiene información de la entidad y de las características de la investigación, el segundo aborda el problema del liderazgo creativo, el tercero abarca el problema de la gerencia de la innovación y el último capítulo contiene las conclusiones y recomendaciones generales de la investigación. Durante esta investigación se utilizó la metodología Action Research (AR) junto al modelo Creative Problem Solving (CPS), que serán explicados en el desarrollo del documento. Básicamente, estos métodos pretenden la búsqueda de soluciones para resolver las problemáticas encontradas. Finalmente, el trabajo es el logro de una ardua investigación que piensa en el futuro, la motivación y en que se pueda aplicar lo aprendido teniendo el impacto esperado solucionando los problemas evidenciados en el INPEC.

Research work was carried out at INPEC, a public sector entity that guarantees the execution of sentences for the population deprived of liberty, and EPN, a public education entity that is responsible for the training of public servants and is attached to INPEC. Two problems were addressed and developed in four chapters; the first contains information on the entity and the characteristics of the research, the second addresses the problem of creative leadership, the third covers the problem of innovation management and the last chapter contains the conclusions and general recommendations of the research. During this research, the Action Research (AR) methodology was used together with the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model, which will be explained in the development of the document. Basically, these methods aim at finding solutions to solve the problems encountered. Finally, the work is the achievement of an arduous research that thinks about the future, motivation and that what has been learned can be applied having the expected impact solving the problems evidenced in INPEC.
