Las comunidades de aprendizaje virtual como herramienta para fortalecer la cualificación del talento humano del ICBF

Abstract

Las comunidades de aprendizaje virtuales son indispensables para fortalecer al talento humano en tiempos de pandemia, involucra procesos los cuales permiten actualizarse sobre distintos temas y fortalecer sus capacidades por medio de la adquisición de nuevos conocimientos donde se amplían sus prácticas dentro de determinados campos de acción. En el presente escrito se expondrá el desarrollo del plan para el acompañamiento al proceso de cualificación del talento humano del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar por medio de comunidades de aprendizaje virtual para garantizar la actualización en contenidos entorno a la atención a la primera infancia de los agentes educativos. Este acompañamiento fue desde el proceso pedagógico donde se realizó aportes a la planeación de dichos contenidos de las comunidades de aprendizaje, elaboración y seguimiento de las actualizaciones a cargo del Instituto Colombiano del Bienestar Familiar en el periodo 2020- 2 dentro de la Dirección de Primera Infancia. El proyecto se llevó a cabo por medio de tres funciones específicas: investigar sobre el ICBF, planear e implementar las comunidades de aprendizaje y elaborar piezas comunicativas, las cuales se ejercían a través de una serie de acciones que permitieran cumplir los objetivos propuestos dentro del proyecto y la materialización de estos mediante la elaboración de distintos productos. Los resultados obtenidos dentro del proyecto permiten evidenciar la importancia de realizar seguimiento a los asistentes a las comunidades de aprendizaje y así poder evaluar el impacto de estas dentro de sus labores profesionales. Así como también, aspectos a mejorar con el fin de llegar a procesos de cualificación con altos niveles de calidad."

Virtual learning communities are essential to strengthen human talent in times of pandemic, it involves processes that allow updating on different topics and strengthening their capacities through the acquisition of new knowledge where their practices are expanded within certain fields of action. In this writing, will be exposed the development of the plan for the accompaniment of the process of qualification of human talent of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare through virtual learning communities to guarantee the updating of contents around the care of early childhood of the educational agents. This support was from the pedagogical process where contributions were made to the planning of said contents of the learning communities, elaboration and follow-up of the updates by the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare in the period 2020-2 within the Department of Early Childhood . The project was carried out through three specific functions: researching the ICBF, planning and implementing the learning communities and elaborating communicative pieces, which were exercised through a series of actions that allowed to fulfill the objectives proposed within the project and the materialization of these through the development of different products. The results obtained within the project show the importance of monitoring the attendees of the learning communities and thus be able to evaluate the impact of these within their professional work. As well as, aspects to improve in order to reach qualification processes with high levels of quality.
