dc.description.abstract | Objetivo: Determinar el estado emocional del personal de salud mayor de 18 años en un Hospital Universitario, mediante autoevaluación por medio del cuestionario GHQ-12 durante el mes de junio 2020. Materiales y Métodos: Se realizó un estudio observacional de corte transversal en el personal de la salud (>18 años) que presta atención a pacientes con infección por SARS CoV-2. Por medio de un cuestionario en línea que evaluaron variables sociodemográficas, exposicionales, laborales, percepción emocional y el cuestionario GHQ-12. Se realizó un análisis descriptivo de las variables. Resultados: 178 personas fueron encuestadas, 78,7% eran de género femenino, con una media de edad de 33,8 años. La media del cuestionario GHQ-12 fue de 21,5. El 44,1% tenían un valor del cuestionario GHQ-12 mayor a 16 (deterioro de la salud mental). De estos un 76,9% fueron mujeres y la ocupación que más frecuentemente reportó alteraciones del estado emocional fue enfermería en 29,5%. El 61,5% de los encuestados informó estar algo preocupado sobre su salud personal durante la pandemia y el 61.5% informó estar muy preocupado respecto a la salud de su familia. | es_CO |
