dc.description.abstract | El propósito del presente estudio es diseñar una versión adaptada del instrumento: creative and innovative leadership behavior (Khalili, 2017) al contexto colombiano, con el fin de proponer una escala para medir el liderazgo creativo en ejecutivos de las organizaciones en Colombia. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, el instrumento ha sido traducido y adaptado siguiendo la metodología propuesta por International Test Commission Guidelines for Test Translation and Adaptation, Second Edition (Muñiz et al. 2013). A su vez, se han evaluado las propiedades psicométricas del instrumento mediante el análisis de confiabilidad o consistencia interna, el análisis factorial exploratorio y el análisis factorial confirmatorio. Los hallazgos indican que la versión colombiana del instrumento creative and innovative leadership behavior (Khalili, 2017), tiene una confiabilidad y validez alta (0,96) en la medición del liderazgo creativo. A su vez, se presenta consistencia interna en los 3 factores contemplados en el instrumento original. No obstante, la estructura factorial arroja para Colombia, una versión de dos factores y 18 ítems en total. Finalmente, se concluye que el estudio realizado contribuye a sentar las bases para iniciar el desarrollo de mediciones de liderazgo creativo en las organizaciones establecidas en Colombia, aportando una escala de medición a nivel gerencial que puede ser insumo para las empresas. El estudio realiza importantes contribuciones a nivel teórico y metodológico frente a un tema relevante y poco estudiado para el caso colombiano. | es_CO |
