dc.description.abstract | Sin duda, para la mayoría de las personas la esfera familiar y laboral, representan las dos dimensiones más relevantes de su vida (Omar et al., 2015). La relación que se gesta entre estos ámbitos implica que se logre un balance que permita armonizar y compatibilizar ambos mundos. No solo los individuos tienen un papel importante a la hora de tomar decisiones que les permitan alcanzar el equilibrio en la relación trabajo-familia (RTF); al ser este un fenómeno de interés social, las organizaciones y empresas también tienen un rol fundamental frente al tema y; en este sentido, muchas empresas han comenzado a implementar políticas de flexibilidad laboral (PFL) con el fin de facilitar a sus colaboradores una RTF que armonice las dos dimensiones. | es_CO |
