dc.description.abstract | Durante la cirugía cardiovascular (CCV), los pacientes presentan cambio fisiopatológicos, los cuales comprometen la macrocirculación, microcirculación y la vida. Las medidas terapéuticas utilizadas en la actualidad no cuentan con suficientes estudios que las respalden. Para resolver este problema, nuestro trabajo tuvo como propósito establecer si la hiperlactatemia persistente en el POP inmediato de CCV es factor pronóstico de morbimortalidad. Este trabajo reunió 137 pacientes que estaban en POP inmediatos de CCV. Finalmente, se estableció que la presencia de hipoperfusión tisular en las siguientes 6 horas del POP inmediato manifestada por hiperlactatemia, es un factor de riesgo para tener desenlaces adversos como la muerte. | es_CO |
