dc.description.abstractLa literatura plantea que el comportamiento prosocial surge primero dentro del contexto familiar (Scrimgeour, Davis & Buss, 2016) y se desarrolla a partir de factores inhibidores o facilitadores, siendo cada familia la que asume las pautas de crianza dependiendo de sus características, dinámica y factores contextuales, así como los recursos y apoyos del entorno, (Rodríguez, 2007) citado por (Correa, 2017). En este sentido, la prosocialidad es un comportamiento fundamental en la construcción de individuos sanos que permite, de igual forma, la configuración de sociedades solidarias y equitativas. (Hintsanen, Gluschkoff, Dobewall, Cloninger, Keltner, Saarinen, Wesolowska, Volanen, Raitakari & Pulkki-Råback, 2019). El objetivo de este estudio es identificar a través de una revisión sistemática el estado actual de la literatura en relación con los factores facilitadores que promueven el desarrollo de conductas prosociales en los individuos, para lo cual se aplicó la metodología PRISMA en una ventana de observación entre los años 2010-2019, teniendo como referente la base de datos PSY-ARTICLE. En este proceso se tuvieron en cuenta criterios de inclusión y exclusión que permitieron la selección final de 46 artículos científicos. A partir de las tendencias conceptuales dentificadas la discusión fue presentada en cuatro categorías: a) Familia, parentalidad y prosocialidad; b) Escuela, vecindario y prosocialidad; c) videojuegos, televisión y prosocialidad y d) Cultura y prosocialidad. El proceso de analisis de la información se realizó desde el modelo ecológico contextual (Bronfenbrenner, 1986) del desarrollo humano que contempla los ambientes micro, meso, exo y macro sistémico.spa
