dc.description.abstractSe evaluó la influencia del café con cafeína (150 mg/100 ml) en la cognición mediante, tiempo de reacción, memoria semántica y vigilancia, en 60 estudiantes universitarias. Se utilizó un diseño factorial de medidas repetitivas 3 x 2 x 2. Inicialmente, se evaluó el grupo con tres pruebas, seguidamente se aleatorizaron los grupos, al primero se le dio café con cafeína (150 mg/100 ml), al segundo café descafeinado y al último agua de hierbas. Después de 30 minutos del consumo, se realizó la medición de la cognición de igual forma que la primera. Los datos se analizaron por medio del análisis factorial de medidas repetidas, encontrando que el café con cafeína (150mlg / 100 ml) no influyó positivamente en tareas cognoscitivases_CO
