dc.description.abstractLa enfermedad crónica tiene como una obra de teatro varios actores, casi siempre siendo el enfermo el actor principal de la misma, mientras su familia y/o pareja queda relegados a un segundo plano en la historia. Sin embargo en los últimos cinco años se han realizado investigaciones sobre los diversos resultados en las áreas biopsicosociales de una persona. Dando luces sobre las dinámicas de culpa, frustración. depresión, ansiedad, ira, son algunos de los "síntomas" encontrados en los cónyuges o familiares del enfermo, junto con la asunción del nuevo rol de cuidados que se le adjudica desde el ámbito médico. El juego de "estar y no" estar, requiere una reconstrucción de realidad.es_CO
