dc.description.abstract | Para los directivos de las organizaciones colombianas, comprender la forma en que pueden aumentar el potencial de innovación de sus colaboradores es un tema que requiere profundizarse. La investigación sobre ese tópico en nuestro medio es escasa por lo que el presente estudio busca establecer el rol de las prácticas de recursos humanos sobre la relación entre la estrategia de tecnología y los resultados de innovación a partir de las percepciones de una muestra de 200 trabajadores de la ciudad de Bogotá. A través de una estrategia de análisis basada en PLS-SEM se ponen a prueba cuatro hipótesis. Los resultados soportan un papel mediador de las prácticas de recursos humanos. Se identifica cómo la atracción, el desarrollo de la carrera y un sistema de recompensas sólido inciden positivamente en la potencialización de la estrategia tecnológica y pueden conducir a mejores resultados de innovación. dc.description.abstract | For managers of Colombian organizations, understanding how they can increase the innovation potential of their collaborators is a matter that requires further study. Research on this topic in our medium is scarce, so this study seeks to establish the role of human resource practices on the relationship between technology strategy and innovation results based on the perceptions of a sample of 200 workers Bogotá city. Through an analysis strategy based on PLS-SEM, four hypotheses are tested. The results support a mediating role of human resource practices. It is identified as the attraction, the career development and a solid reward systems affect positively the potentiation of the technological strategy and can lead to better innovation results. Applications and impacts for managing people in the organization are discussed. | eng |
