dc.description.abstract | El empoderamiento de las mujeres es un tema tendencia a nivel mundial. Las desigualdades de género, el maltrato en todas sus versiones y la carencia de oportunidades laborales son algunos retos que enfrentan las mujeres en la actualidad. El emprendimiento femenino ha sido un recurso para alcanzar independencia y flexibilidad económica. Las emprendedoras están aprovechando oportunidades de crecimiento y el ingreso a nuevos mercados a través de la internacionalización. Sin embargo, existe una escasa proyección internacional en la creación de emprendimientos femeninos en Colombia. Por lo anterior, el objetivo de este trabajo es determinar el impacto del empoderamiento de la mujer colombiana al internacionalizar sus emprendimientos. Esta investigación es de tipo descriptiva y analítica. Se realizó bajo la metodología cualitativa permite analizar la relación entre la internacionalización de emprendimientos y el empoderamiento de la mujer. Así mismo, se realizaron entrevistas que permitieron comprender desde las experiencias vividas de mujeres colombianas en donde enfoques, uno mujeres emprendedoras y por otro lado expertas en temas de emprendimiento, el impacto de internacionalizar sus emprendimientos. De esta manera, se espera proporcionar un aporte a la literatura sobre el empoderamiento de mujeres colombianas a través de la internacionalización de emprendimientos. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | The empowerment of women is a trending topic worldwide. Gender inequalities, abuse in all its versions and the lack of job opportunities are some of the challenges that women face today. Women's entrepreneurship has been a resource for achieving independence and economic flexibility. Entrepreneurs are taking advantage of growth opportunities and entering new markets through internationalization. However, there is little international projection in the creation of feminine ventures in Colombia. Therefore, the objective of this work is to determine the impact of the empowerment of Colombian women by internationalizing their ventures. This research is descriptive and analytical. It was carried out under the qualitative methodology to analyze the relationship between the internationalization of enterprises and the empowerment of women. Likewise, interviews were conducted that allowed understanding from the lived experiences of Colombian women where approaches, one entrepreneurial women and on the other hand experts in entrepreneurship issues, the impact of internationalizing their ventures. In this way, it is expected to provide a contribution to the literature on the empowerment of Colombian women through the internationalization of enterprises. | eng |
