dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio fue de carácter no experimental, tipo correlacional descriptivo. En donde no se intervino ni manipulo ninguna de las variables medidas, sino se observó y registro su fenómeno y su relación a partir del desempeño de los participantes en cada una de las tareas (Hernández, Fernández & Baptista, 2014). Participantes Para llevar a cabo el presente trabajo, se contó con una muestra inicial de 30 estudiantes universitarios seleccionados con un muestreo por conveniencia, los cuales participaron de manera voluntaria. A lo largo del estudio, 9 participantes no continuaron con la etapa de aplicación de pruebas, por lo cual quedo una muestra total de 21 participantes (X= 19,10 años ơ: 1.091), donde el 57% fueron mujeres y el 43% hombres; de estos el 85 % corresponde a la carrera de psicología y 15 % otras carreras (administración de empresas y comunicación social). Instrumentos Para llevar a cabo la recolección de datos, se tuvo en cuenta la escala Grit de autoreporte tipo Likert (1 a 5 en calificación por ítem) diseñada por Duckworth y Quinn (2009), y la adaptación de Martín, Tirado y Ruíz (2018), la cual cuenta con 12 ítems clasificados en dos categorías de análisis que miden la perseverancia en cuanto a conductas y habilidades dirigidas a metas a largo plazo. Así mismo, con base en los referentes mencionados, la escala en mención fue adaptada a contexto colombiano por un grupo de estudiantes de la Universidad de La Sabana pertenecientes al semillero de cognición, obteniendo del análisis factorial un Chi-Cuadrado de 23.18, el Índice de Bondad de Ajuste fue de 0.977 y el Índice de ajuste comparativo fue 0.993. Con base en los puntajes totales de la escala de Grit, se clasifica el desempeño en Alto, Medio y Bajo, la puntación máxima de clasificación es 5 y la mínima es 1. | es_CO |
