dc.description.abstractDesde la teoría de costos de transacción, se investigaron las variables que determinan la confianza calculadora en las relaciones diádicas presentes en la cadena de suministro turístico de los municipios de Mocoa y Villagarzón, y desde la teoría Visión Basada en Recursos se analizó la incidencia de los recursos estratégicamente valiosos de esas cadenas de suministro en la relación entre la inversión conjunta en activos específicos y la confianza calculadora. Se tomó una muestra de 23 empresas, correspondiente al 17.7% de la población, y se estudiaron 53 relaciones diádicas de los servicios más vendidos en 6 cadenas de suministro, utilizando dos métodos estadísticos (Análisis de correspondencia y Logit ordenado). La investigación identificó que, la variable incertidumbre conductual tienen relación negativa con la confianza calculadora y la variable inversión conjunta en activos específicos tiene una relación positiva con la confianza calculadora. También se sustentó que el efecto de los recursos valiosos modera negativamente la relación entre inversión conjunta en activos específicos y la confianza calculadora; lo que implica que la inversión conjunta en activos específicos no es suficiente para explicar el comportamiento de la confianza calculadora en una relación comercial, cuando los socios poseen recursos valiosos. No se pudieron sustentar 2 de las 5 hipótesis propuestas en la investigación, dado que las pruebas de bondad no fueron significativas; en dichas hipótesis se planteó que la variable frecuencia de intercambio tiene relación positiva sobre la confianza calculadora y que la variable incertidumbre secundaria o del entorno, tiene una relación negativa sobre la confianza calculadora.es_CO
