dc.description.abstractLa gestión del abastecimiento ha tomado una forma estratégica significativa en las organizaciones actuales, teniendo en cuenta que una gestión de abastecimiento efectivo se puede evidenciar en utilidades luego de la operación simple de ventas menos costo de operación. Este resultado efectivo del área de abastecimiento deberá ir apalancado de una estrategia operacional que permita a la empresa cumplir sus objetivos según los requerimientos del mercado competitivamente. A través del análisis acá presentado revisaremos los objetivos de abastecimiento más importantes desde el punto de vista operacional y los elementos del relacionamiento con proveedores en los resultados esperados por la organización.es_CO
