dc.description.abstractProyecto de gestión que tiene como fin mejorar conocimientos y competencias en el personal asistencial que presta servicios de salud en la unidad de cuidado Neonatal del Hospital Universitario de la Samaritana, con la elaboración de una guía de intervenciones y prácticas adecuadas frente a la valoración y manejo del dolor neonatal, bajo los conceptos filosóficos de la teoría de cuidado humanizado de Jean Watson y la teoría de síntomas desagradables de Elizabeth Lenz; ello mediante la socialización de una guía de enfermería que permita el abordaje del neonato antes, durante y después de las intervenciones de cuidado, teniendo en cuenta los objetivos y principios institucionales que buscan fortalecer la prestación de los servicios de salud, garantizar talento humano competente y comprometido con una cultura de servicio y mejoramiento continuo basados en ética, solidaridad, trabajo en equipo y respeto por el paciente y su familia, unido a valores como humanización y excelencia de servicio.es_CO
