Es útil medir la función endotelial en pacientes con cuadros clínicos de enfermedad coronaria y angiografías normales. El trauma abdominal cerrado debe ser racionalmente abordado desde el punto de vista imagenológica para orientar adecuadamente al clínico.es_CO
