dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación describe la relación entre algunas dimensiones de personalidad, el desarrollo moral y los valores. En esta investigación participaron 56 personas inscritas en el curso de formación para el ingreso al INPEC a los cuales se les aplicó tres pruebas (prueba ICOP, prueba ERASMO, Inventario de Valores de Schwartz). Para realizar los análisis se utilizó la correlación de Pearson correlacionando las dimensiones de personalidad frente al desarrollo moral y los valores. Se encontró que hay relación entre algunas dimensiones de personalidad con el desarrollo moral y los valoreses_CO
