dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio tuvo como propósito identificar los significados acerca del acoso escolar que construyen padres, docentes, orientadores y coordinadores de 4 instituciones educativas, así como comprender los significados que permean las alternativas de prevención e intervención planteadas por las instituciones educativas. La investigación fue de tipo cualitativo, se realizaron siete grupos focales a padres y docentes, ocho entrevistas semiestructuradas a orientadores y coordinadores y se analizaron los manuales de convivencia de tres instituciones participantes. Las narrativas fueron organizadas en el programa NVivo e interpretadas mediante la técnica de análisis temático de redes, de igual manera, se realizó un análisis del discurso de documentos como el Manual de Convivencia de las instituciones que participaron en el estudio. Los resultados indican que los significados sobre el acoso escolar en la comunidad educativa, comprenden las características de este fenómeno y sus consecuencias. Asimismo, se identifica que las estrategias que se proponen son aisladas, ya que se privilegia una visión ceñida a los lineamientos legales, implementando un protocolo expresado en las rutas de atención.es_CO
