dc.description.abstract | Se ha descrito ampliamente en la literatura que la actividad física provee múltiples beneficios en el cuerpo humano. Sin embargo, hasta la fecha existe poca evidencia acerca de los beneficios que esta tiene sobre la actividad eléctrica cerebral y sus efectos en la función cerebral y los procesos mentales. Para comprender los efectos del ejercicio en la actividad eléctrica cerebral, diferentes estudios han investigado la actividad del EEG después o durante el ejercicio; recientemente la tomografía electromagnética cerebral de baja resolución estandarizada (sLORETA) se ha utilizado para evaluar estos efectos encontrando cambios en las áreas frontales relacionadas con las emociones, procesamiento del lenguaje y coordinación motora. | es_CO |
