Resumen
The year of 2016 has already gained its place in history as the year of the greatest electoral surprises: Brexit, Trump’s presidency and the negative vote by Colombians in the plebiscite for peace… These results were all unforeseen and perhaps unforeseeable for the Governors, the concerned political actors, the citizens, and of course, the polls.
