dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio buscó determinar la existencia de la correlación entre el workengagement y las creencias de auto eficacia en 90 empleados de tres instituciones educativas, una dedicada a la educación superior, y dos a la educación básica. Para esto, se utilizó el Utrecht WorkEngagementScale (UWES), y el General SelfEfficacyScale (GSE). Los resultados muestran altos niveles tanto de workengagemet como de creencias de auto eficacia en la muestra poblacional, altos niveles de confiabilidad de los instrumentos, y un alto coeficiente de correlación entre las variables mencionadas; resultados que son coherentes con lo que plantea la literatura. Las implicaciones académicas y prácticas de estos hallazgos son discutidas. | es_CO |
